DBF Viewer 2000® is an efficient and extremely fast solution for viewing and editing DBF files of all types - Clipper, dBase, FoxPro, Visual FoxPro, Visual dBase and others. The set of features offered by DBF Viewer is so rich that you would only find them in much more expensive and sophisticated professional database applications.
The cardinal advantage of DBF Viewer 2000 is its outstanding speed, regardless of the size of dbf file you are working with. Thanks to a highly optimized proprietary engine, the program performs any action - be it a regular query, a duplicate cleanup or data export to a different format - so much quicker than you expect!
DBF Editor dynamically generates easy-to-understand visual dialogs according to the structure of the DBF file being processed and allows you to edit database files in the same natural way you would do using native DBMS tools. Apart from allowing you to view the structure and contents of DBF files, the software makes it easy to view and edit memo fields in dBase III, dBase IV, FoxPro, VFP and dBase Level 7 formats.
The program fully supports command line automation of typical operations, such as data import, export, removal of duplicate records or replacement of data in DBF files. DBF Viewer 2000 operates completely independently of any database management systems, drivers or database engines - all you need to do to view and edit a DBF file is install the program and start working right away!

DBF Viewer 2000 2.65 is the latest released version of this software for Windows. It is delivered on a shareware basis. There is an evaluation version we can download directly from the developer’s website and try free of charge for a 30-day period. DBF Viewer 2000 is a comprehensive Database editor and viewer. It allows us to change the program language from the user’s interface. It features a toolbar plus task icons shortcuts for a quick access to the following tasks: open file, add record, erase/undelete record, insert record, import/append, print record, save us, export, find record, find next, replace, undo, redo, copy record, paste, advanced sort, fields info, set filter and many more. We can change the text color, background color, font type and size. From the toolbar, we can access File, Edit, View, Tools, Options and Help. DBF Viewer 2000 has been enhanced by fixing some bugs and offering more options, for example, there is a new sorting mode. We can now export to SQL script, export DB files to Excel, find and delete duplicated records, replace, insert to memo from a text file, etc. The following languages are available: English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and French.
